Voix du Paysan to train and inform citizens: a commitment to social and climate justice.
A camp in the heart of the forest to awaken consciousness
Young Indigenous leaders from Brazil, Cameroon, Malaysia, Papua, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo gathered at the Forest Defender Camp deep in the Papuan rainforest. This symbolic and strategic meeting marks a significant step in the struggle for Indigenous rights and forest protection. Together, they shared their experiences, strengthened their alliances, and built a unified message for climate justice ahead of COP30.
Rising voices, a future taking shape
Tired of being ignored, these young people have decided to act. They are not asking for permission, they are organizing, speaking out, and showing that Indigenous youth are both guardians of biodiversity and bearers of solutions. They call on the international community to listen, to respect their rights, and to include their voices in global climate decision-making.

Toward a more inclusive and equitable COP30
As COP30 approaches, these forest defenders demand a seat at the negotiating table. They call for full recognition of their role in protecting ecosystems and urge citizens around the world to stand with them. When Indigenous youth rise, it is not only their future that is at stake, it is the future of the entire planet.
