Through the message carried by DYVOPA asbl and Extinction Rebellion Rutshuru DRC, a powerful call is made to grasp this complexity in order to fight it more effectively, within the framework of the #ECOGREENRESTORATION initiative.
Communities Taking Action for Multiple Solutions
Eric Kamabu, community mobilizer and organizer, stresses the importance of local responses to this global challenge. Inspired by the actions of other XR groups around the world, community actors in Rutshuru are developing approaches adapted to their own realities: biodiversity protection, ecosystem restoration, climate education, and safeguarding seeds. Each initiative, no matter how modest, contributes to pushing back the climate emergency.
